Pipeline Spray Foam

The traditional method of using sandbags as ditch breakers and pipeline support in pipeline construction has been prevalent for a long time. These sandbags act as small dams placed strategically along the trench to prevent it from collapsing and also provide temporary support for the pipeline. Despite their functionality, sandbags have their downsides. They are heavy, difficult to handle, prone to leakage, and cause abrasions and compromise the pipeline’s structural integrity.

To address these concerns, pipeline construction contractors have increasingly shifted towards using spray polyurea foam (SPF) insulation as a better solution for trench breakers. SPF insulation is a versatile material with various applications in different industries.

Other benefits include:

Optimized Pipeline Performance: Engineered to enhance pipeline performance by providing superior protection against water damage and subsurface erosion.

Rapid Application: Quickly and easily applied to pipelines, saving you time and money.

Cost-Effective Solution: Cost-effective alternative to traditional pipeline protection methods. It requires minimal labor and can be applied in a fraction of the time.

Reliable Performance: Reliable and long-lasting protection against water infiltration and other environmental hazards, ensuring the longevity of your pipeline system.

Rock Guard: Protects against rocks from backfilling, and reduces the risk of bursts and leakage due to temperature variations.

Pipeline Pillows: Designed for high compressive strength and resistance to deterioration, and will not absorb water.
